well...erm...I had a parallel RP where Moki was actually in the arena at the time of that announcement (he was one of those guys who knocks out a cop and then stands there to intimidate people *shot*)
...his feelings towards the announcement are actually mixed - eventhough this is the exact announcement he's been waiting for, he also knows that it's not going to be long before he really has to fight people close to him.
